Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and configure Cerner Lab modules PathNet General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank, etc.
- Support integration of lab systems with other Cerner and thirdparty systems e.g., instruments, LIS.
- Collaborate with clinicians, lab staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, validation, and change control documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and enhancement requests.
- Assist with data migrations and go-live support.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Cerner PathNet and lab-related solutions.
- Experience with orderables, results, specimen collection workflows, and analyzer integration.
- Familiarity with Discern Rules, CCL, and front-end configuration tools.
- Understanding of HL7 interfaces and instrument interfacing tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
