Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor UX team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Champion the UX vision and implement industry best practices and innovative technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, researchers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Transform visual designs and wireframes into clean, accessible, production-ready code using React and other front-end technologies.
- Explore and implement AI-driven and automated approaches to front-end development.
- Participate in user research, concept testing, and usability testing to optimize solutions based on user feedback.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, including principles, components, and patterns.
- Investigate, evaluate, and implement new tools and processes to advance team practices, particularly in the design-to-development handoff.
- Present projects and progress to senior management effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in front-end development and UX design.
- Advanced skills in CSS/SCSS, HTML5, Git, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Familiarity with enterprise build and release cycles.
- Deep understanding of design principles, visual design, and information architecture.
- Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.
- Proven ability to implement new tools and processes, including AI-driven solutions.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams and fostering technical growth.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup methodologies.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to reconcile complex requirements.
