Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Onsite at least 2 days per week)
Duration: 12 months

About the Role:

This is a techno-functional leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end finance transformation, guiding the implementation of cutting-edge SAP S/4 HANA solutions. From engaging C-level stakeholders to aligning project milestones with business objectives, you'll be a key player in modernizing finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules across the enterprise

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment

  • Partner closely with C-suite executives to align solutions with strategic business goals

  • Provide functional and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure best practices and standards are followed in finance transformation efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading SAP Finance implementations, particularly S/4 HANA

  • Strong techno-functional background with deep knowledge of financial processes

  • Excellent stakeholder management, including experience working with executive leadership

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time

  • Willingness to be onsite in Cleveland at least 2 days per week
