Job Details
Baer is looking for Teamcenter SME (Opcenter Experience) for a 12+ month Federal project located in St. Louis, MO.
Title: Lead & Senior Teamcenter SME (Opcenter Experience)
Location: Onsite in St. Louis, MO (Mon-Fri)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Act as a Teamcenter SME supporting implementation, configuration, integration, and sustainment
- Provide technical leadership across PLM workflows, data models, and lifecycle processes
- Support and advise on Opcenter MES integrations and execution workflows (depth dependent on experience)
- Troubleshoot complex issues across PLM MES ERP interfaces
- Guide system design and technical decisions in a secure, classified environment
- Support long-term roadmap planning, upgrades, and sustainment activities
- Operate effectively in a 100% onsite, high-accountability environment
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter
- Hands-on Opcenter MES experience (scarce and highly valued)
- Prior Lead SME or technical authority experience
- TS or TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred
- Active Secret clearance (must be current)
- Experience supporting long-running, mission-critical programs
- Experience supporting defense, aerospace, or classified programs
- Willingness to work 100% onsite, 5 days per week, with required travel
- U.S. Citizenship
