Presales/Sales Executive - Amazon Contact Center
Location: Washington DC- DMV areas resources are preferred

As an Amazon Connect Sales/Pre-Sales Executive/Advisor specializing in cloud Contact Center Solutions, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customer's business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and implementing solutions that leverage cloud PBX systems, with a particular emphasis on Amazon Connect.

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to contact centre operations and telephony systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and solution architects to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Assist with pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and presentations to potential clients.
Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for future enhancements or upgrades.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives through the effective use of technology.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing role.
