Job Title: Senior Sales Executive LATAM (Trading Platform | Derivatives, Options & Bonds) Location: Remote Based in Latin America (Travel Required for Client Engagements)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive (LATAM) with established relationships across local banks and financial institutions in Latin America. This individual will be responsible for driving business development, expanding market share, and managing key client relationships in the region. The role is remote-friendly but requires regular client visits and strong regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business sales of our trading platform to banks, broker-dealers, and institutional trading firms in Latin America.
Leverage existing relationships within local banks to accelerate market penetration.
Conduct needs assessments, platform demos, and solution positioning aligned with trading desk requirements (Derivatives, Bonds, Options).
Collaborate with product and trading teams to tailor proposals for each client.
Manage full sales cycle prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and closure.
Represent the company at regional financial events, conferences, and client engagements.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and regional market intelligence.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or institutional trading technology sales in the LATAM region.
Strong network of contacts across local banks, especially in key LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, etc.).
Deep understanding of trading workflows, front-to-back trading systems, and asset classes (Options, Bonds, Derivatives).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive fintech environment.
Ability to work independently, manage a large territory, and travel as needed (~30 40%).
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus).
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
