Job Description
***Only qualified Automation Software Test Analyst located near the Richmond, VA area will be considered due to the role requiring an onsite presence ***

Required Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

Required Skills:
Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance (8 Years)
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes (10 Years)
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plan and test cases (10 Years)
Hands on experience with automated testing tools (10 Years)
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting (8 Years)
Highly skilled in using automation frameworks like Selenium and Playwright (8 Years)
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other team members (8 Years)
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work (8 Years)
Maintain and executing automated testing scripts (8 Years)
Designing and developing automation scripts to validate functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of software product (8 Years)
Advanced programming skills including automation systems (8 Years)
Advance Programming skills, a keen eye for details (8 Years)
Design and prioritize automation scenarios, building comprehensive test suites to ensure product quality and reliability (8 Years)
Develop and maintain robust automation scripts (8 Years)

About the Role: Evaluate test automation tools and lead the transition from manual to automated testing. Build and implement test automation frameworks, provide QA support, and define/update quality standards. Develop Automation Framework, scripts and script maintenance as well as train existing QA team staff on editing / maintaining scripts.

Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing automation tests, debugging and defining corrective actions
Developing and executing automated test scripts using testing software programs
Identifying, analyzing and creating detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as defects, bugs, errors, and inconsistencies
Reviewing system requirements
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
