Position Summary:

The Business Developer is responsible for generating new business opportunities for commercial landscape maintenance services. This role is focused on driving growth in an active and unsaturated territory, building long-term relationships with property managers and real estate decision-makers.

What You?ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for commercial landscape maintenance contracts
  • Prospect, qualify, and build strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and real estate stakeholders
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Partner with branch operations teams to align expectations and deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and sales reporting via CRM
