Job Title: ServiceNow RPA Automation Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow RPA Automation Developer to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using ServiceNow RPA. The ideal candidate will have strong business process analysis skills and hands-on experience delivering scalable, high-performance automation solutions aligned with enterprise best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow RPA in alignment with best practices and standards.
  • Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities and create effective RPA solutions.
  • Convert manual and semi-automated processes into end-to-end automated workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow RPA solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, and integration teams) to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve post-deployment issues to ensure high availability and operational stability.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow RPA features, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow RPA / Automation Engine
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and automation design
  • Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems and applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (RPA, CSA, or related)
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations
  • Exposure to ITSM / ITOM processes
