Position Overview

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems.

  • Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into ML solutions.

  • Preprocess large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.

  • Leverage tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLflow for end-to-end model development and deployment.

  • Optimize existing ML models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Stay updated with the latest research and apply novel techniques where appropriate.

Required Qualifications.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.

  • Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model evaluation metrics.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Airflow, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time series forecasting.

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.

  • Knowledge of distributed computing and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
