Title: VHC Infrastructure Support.
Location:Montpelier, Vermont 05602.

Job Description:
 
Scope of Work
  • Contractor will support Vermont s efforts to create a modern, responsive, stable and secure infrastructure for VHC & IE&E work efforts. Provides guidance,recommendations and technical expertise around the development of Enterprise
  • Architecture processes and practices for the Application, Technology and Information
  • Architecture Domains.
  • Assignments and work streams will be established by the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and his/her Enterprise Architect (EA) designed.
  • At the direction of the CTO office, the contractor shall work with State EA and State s IaaS provider in the support and analysis of the infrastructure supporting VHC and IE&E work streams.
  • Work may include but will not be limited to the following:
  • Development of architecture roadmaps and implementation plans
  • Analysis and readiness plans for adaptation of new processes or technologies
  • Architecture governess
  • Architectural diagrams
  • Integration architecture
  • Disaster recovery planning
  • Alternative analysis
  • Consult and advise State on architecture changes to VHC infrastructure
  • RFP input and review
  • Contract input and review
  • Participate in the Operational Change Review Board (OCRB) for Architecture Changes
  • Infrastructure Non-Functional requirements
  • Reviews IaaS configurations
  • Design document development
  • Architectural design roadmap
  • Oracle Software design and integration
