Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and optimization of SQL Server databases.
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex Stored Procedures, functions, views, and scripts.
- Drive performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization for high volume workloads.
- Collaborate with business, BI, and application teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Work closely with the Power BI team to support data models, datasets, and reporting pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices across the database team.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and production support.
- Coordinate with Azure/Cloud teams to design and deploy database workloads into Azure environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience as a MSBI Lead or Database Developer or SQL Developer.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, database design, indexing, performance tuning).
- Experience supporting or building data models for Power BI.
- Familiarity with Azure data components (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure VM/MI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes, release cycles, and production support
- Proven experience mentoring or leading small technical
