Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Tester with a strong working knowledge of SAP ECC (HR/HCM) to support a critical upgrade project. This role will involve validating the implementation of SuccessFactors EC by analyzing, comparing, and aligning requirements with the existing SAP ECC environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid configuration and testing background in SAP HCM/ECC, SuccessFactors EC, and a strong ability to bridge gaps between legacy systems and cloud-based solutions. Experience with data replication from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute functional testing for the SuccessFactors Employee Central upgrade.
Analyze current SAP ECC configuration, data, and business processes to ensure proper alignment with EC.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand and validate business requirements.
Compare and reconcile differences between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors EC to ensure a smooth transition.
Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies during the testing process.
Participate in data mapping and migration/replication validation between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors EC.
Assist in cutover planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
Provide documentation for test cases, test results, and gap analysis.
