JOB SUMMARY
Creates, implements, monitors, administers, coordinates and supports technologies used by the agency ensuring their operation, availability and on-going improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Project Management, or Business Management, or other closely related field, plus two (2) years of supervisor experience; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manages all aspects of the division s information systems operations, such as identity and authentication management, software and hardware technical support, equipment lifecycle management, network support and troubleshooting, Event and Client service support, IT security, etc.
• Technical point of contact for event, patron and ticketing services to ensure success of technologies utilized by clients, vendors and patrons. Attends Production, Venue, Calendaring, Etc. meetings in support of this function.
• Supervises staff which includes hiring, orienting, training, assigning and reviewing work performance, annual work performance appraisal, and discipline.
• Manages the service desk for the division.
• Manages lifecycle of end-user technologies, including contracting, requistions, inventory and asset control, provisioning, deployment, updates, identity management, end of life replacements, and decommissioning.
• Recommends and implements system and technology solutions and improvements, troubleshooting systems and technology, automating organizational tasks.
• Division s liaison to County s Information Technology division to coordinate issues with service delivery, such as security and identity issues with County-provided services.
• Maintains user accounts, domain groups, and computers in the Active Directory systems.
