Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting PACS technologies for internal and external users.
Investigate and resolve issues as they are received from varying sources in the company in a timely manner.
Evaluating and recommending server configuration changes to address issues, improve performance.
Facilitate growth and learning by educating company staff.
Assist in creating innovative tools and processes to assist the team as well as others within the company.
Working closely with other team members to coordinate assignments and communicate progress and/or difficulties.
Participation in department-specific and project-wide meetings.
Providing input, solutions, and recommendations.
Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:
Experience working with PACS technologies
BS or BE in Computer Science or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
Thorough understanding of:
Microsoft Windows Server environments (Server 2012, Server 2016)
IIS Configuration, debugging.
Network LAN/WAN and related components like DNS and network switches and load balancers
Deploying hardware and software in an enterprise environment.
3-5 years' working with a software development team including sustaining development and
maintenance of existing products with proven track record of delivering successful results.
Self-directed with excellent time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Inquisitive and creative with good problem-solving skills.
Resourceful and thorough with a strong sense of urgency.
Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills. Ability to take a problem to resolution in a timely manner.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
