Position Title: OCI Integration Lead / Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Integration Lead / Project Manager to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a State-based Health Insurance Exchange platform. This role will manage all aspects of partner integration including readiness assessments, change management, system testing, and compliance, supporting a seamless consumer experience from application through enrollment.

Responsibilities: Program Operations:
  • Manage the annual partner application and readiness review processes.

  • Lead partner onboarding, change request management, and operational support for open enrollment timelines.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners on technical implementation efforts.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking across integrations and compliance reviews.

  • Facilitate regular status reporting and present updates to leadership on key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee documentation updates for policies, technical specifications, and operational procedures.

  • Monitor updates to federal programs and assess implications for the state platform.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all partner communications, including technical inquiries, compliance issues, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operations, legal, policy, and technology divisions to ensure alignment.

  • Conduct regular partner meetings and cross-functional syncs to maintain progress and resolve issues.

  • Represent the program in technical and operational discussions with stakeholders, vendors, and other collaborators.

  • Support cross-agency collaboration on compliance, risk management, and solution delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong project management background with technology implementation exposure.

  • Proficiency in PM tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.

  • Experience leading integration initiatives involving compliance, enrollment, and partner coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification (or in progress).

  • Experience with CMS or healthcare technology integrations.

  • Familiarity with state/federal health insurance exchanges and related enrollment systems.

  • Working knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), EDE partners, and the 834 transaction format.

  • Experience supporting government programs or agencies in technology implementations.
