Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing and improving business processes, leveraging tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence to drive operational success. This role involves collaborating across departments to identify gaps, implement solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and document processes effectively.
Conduct gap analyses to assess discrepancies between current and desired outcomes.
Facilitate AB testing to validate solutions and measure their impact.
Support Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
Provide expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to align systems with business needs.
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Strong knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Familiarity with gap analysis techniques and AB testing methodologies.
Understanding of Agile frameworks and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication abilities for collaborating with diverse teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
