Senior Cyber Risk Management IAM Consultant (SailPoint IIQ)

Job Description:

We re seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Consultant with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support our evolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role plays a critical part in enhancing our IAM application roadmap, integrating diverse systems, and driving secure, user-friendly access experiences. Ideal candidates will have a strong development background and a solid understanding of IAM principles and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions across a range of enterprise applications.
  • Build and maintain connectors and integrations with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and SaaS platforms.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and policies to support user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), RBAC/ABAC, certifications, and access requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, rule, and performance issues within SailPoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective governance, compliance, and usability in IAM processes.
  • Contribute to best practices in development, version control, testing, and CI/CD in an Agile or SAFe environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, with hands-on Java and BeanShell programming.
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom connector development.
  • Solid understanding of IAM/IGA concepts and identity data flows.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in remote and cross-functional environments.
  • Experience integrating with directory services and authoritative sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience mentoring or leading IAM project teams.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk and other PAM solutions.
  • Cloud IAM integration experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and understanding of non-person identities (e.g., machine accounts).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IAM-related automation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, cloud security certifications).
