Position Overview: Technical Recruiter


Purpose & Key Responsibilities
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to identify, attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical talent. This includes placements within the organization, with designated client partners, or on a contract basis. This role is instrumental in developing a strong talent pipeline that supports both internal growth and client delivery, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the organization’s mission and values.

Additionally, the Technical Recruiter will leverage their network to generate qualified leads and valuable market insights for the Sales and Account Management teams.

Beyond core responsibilities, the recruiter will participate in special projects aligned with their interests, strengths, and professional development goals. These initiatives support broader business needs and contribute to career growth. Quarterly goals will be set in collaboration with management, and successful completion may influence merit bonuses, promotion eligibility, and other career advancement opportunities.

 

Core Areas of Impact & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Brand Promotion

- Conduct candidate screenings and collect required information as directed by leadership.
- Understand and communicate the service offerings across all entities within the organization.
- Represent company culture and policies effectively to candidates and clients.
- Serve as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring candidate alignment with organizational values.
- Maintain an active LinkedIn presence, engage with industry contacts, and share relevant company content.
- Keep candidate records updated in Workday.
- Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment performance metrics.

2. Candidate Engagement & Lead Generation

- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing candidates.
- Document all candidate interactions related to current assignments.
- Share timely client updates with the Senior Manager of Talent and Culture.
- Advance relationships with contacts to support organizational goals.
- Use recruiting networks to identify leads for the Sales team and collaborate with Account Executives to share actionable client insights.
- Track lead conversion and relationship progress in Workday.

3. Client Partnership

- Identify staffing needs for new and existing clients.
- Provide expert recruiting guidance and support to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the hiring process.

4. Internal Projects & Strategic Initiatives

- Recruit for internal W2 roles and manage the pipeline report for the Senior Manager of Talent and Culture.
- Lead recruitment efforts for permanent placement and services offerings, in coordination with the Services Lead.
- Oversee internship recruitment and represent the organization at career-related events.
- Collaborate with HR to enhance onboarding and improve the candidate experience through the first 90 days.
- Support DEIB initiatives by participating in diversity-focused recruiting efforts and training.
- Partner across departments and potentially mentor new team members.
