Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless technology support for end-users, focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting, device management, and user authentication. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Apple devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Manage and maintain device configurations using Jamf Pro for Apple devices.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Administer Okta for user authentication and access management.
Support Apple iOS devices, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Collaborate with team members to address complex technical issues and develop solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and resolutions.
Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users, addressing their technical concerns promptly.
Monitor and report on system performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related technical role.
Proficiency in managing Apple devices and their ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for device management.
Strong understanding of Okta for identity and access management.
Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
Familiarity with Apple iOS and its functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering user-friendly support.
