Pay Range: $115 - $127 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for all product demos across events, webinars, and customer meetings
  • Build and maintain a library of demo assets, scenarios, and narrative frameworks
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful demos
  • Lead demo prep and on-site execution at major industry events
  • Establish feedback loops and continuously refine demo strategy
  • Drive product operations excellence streamlining development, launch processes, and workflows
  • Implement best practices in release management, feature flagging, and analytics integration
  • Mentor product managers on demo delivery, product storytelling, and operational rigor
  • Track industry trends and competitor moves to ensure demo strategy remains cutting-edge

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Proven ability to influence without authority in complex orgs
  • Strong operational mindset with experience improving product processes
  • High ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional clarity in communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 10+ years in product management with strong focus on demos, GTM, or product operations
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
  • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience with project management tools & ops processes (release mgmt, feature flags, analytics)
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
