Job Description:

Pay Range: $34hr - $38hr

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resource assignment and workflow management to ensure successful delivery of projects that are on time, and on budget
  • Create and maintain weekly internal and client status reports, project plans, resource forecasts, budget reconciliations, and other agency-specific administrative and compliance documentation
  • Help document and validate requirements, estimates, and plans for new and upcoming projects
  • Coordinate and attend internal and client planning sessions and weekly status meetings
  • Document and publish internal and client meeting minutes
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills to support multiple concurrent projects and tasks
  • Diligent attention to detail in candidates individual and team members work
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving.
  • XXre to learn new skills in the marketing technology domain and apply it to the work.
  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or interactive/web projects at an agency, professional services firm, or corporate organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, Project).
  • Experience supporting marketing channel delivery operations and/or compliance, a plus.
  • Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar SaaS-based enterprise work management platform.
  • Fundamental understanding of (Waterfall and Agile) project management concepts and methodologies.
