Finance Systems and Analytics Integration Leader

The Boeing Company's Finance Systems & Analytics Core Team seeking a highly motivated Finance Systems and Analytics Integration Leader (Level K Manager) to lead our Integration team located in Tukwila, Washington or Hazelwood, Missouri. This role will be responsible for overseeing the integration of finance systems and related processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), automating critical processes, and streamlining access provisioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance systems, project management, and agile methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience leading a team or a project
- 3+ years of experience in systems integration
- 3+ years of experience with agile project management methods
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with SAP
- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP external systems and internal legacy systems
- Experience driving process automation initiatives
- Experience with program management principles
- Experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities
