Job Description:

The Bidirectional Clinical Data Exchange Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining bidirectional clinical data exchange solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare interoperability, data exchange standards, and clinical workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Design: Design and develop architecture for bidirectional clinical data exchange solutions to ensure seamless data flow between healthcare systems.
Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure data exchange interfaces and solutions to meet the organization's specific requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and IT teams, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support and troubleshooting for data exchange issues, working closely with end-users and IT support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with healthcare data exchange standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and others.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to support end-users and promote adoption of best practices.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of health data exchange standards (such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, API, EDI, etc.) and clinical data terminologies (such as SNOMED, CPT, LOINC, etc.). Experience with integration platforms and API gateways.
