Description
We are looking for a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our team in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will support project management efforts for corporate conventions, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and project timelines. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience contributing to video-related projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute tasks effectively.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate production activities and daily workflows to meet project requirements.
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Support video production initiatives by organizing resources and managing schedules.
Track and manage budgets to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
Identify potential challenges and propose solutions to maintain project progress.
Assist in ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the team and management.
Requirements
Proven experience in production coordination or project management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams.
Familiarity with video production processes and tools.
Ability to create and manage project timelines effectively.
Experience with budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges.
Proficiency in production planning and daily workflow management.
