Job Details

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Consultant with strong knowledge of Veeva Vault applications and expertise in implementation, configuration, and support of Vault modules (such as QMS, RIM, PromoMats, eTMF, or Clinical).

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Veeva Vault applications based on client requirements.

  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.

  • Work on data migration, integration, and validation related to Vault platforms.

  • Support Veeva Vault implementations for customers in life sciences (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, or Commercial domains).

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

  • Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation including configuration, test scripts, and user training.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing Veeva Vault systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (e.g., Veeva Vault QMS, RIM, Clinical, PromoMats, eTMF).

  • Good understanding of Veeva CRM / Salesforce platform and integrations (if applicable).

  • Experience with Vault configuration tools, workflows, reports, and document lifecycles.

  • Familiarity with Life Sciences regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Veeva Vault certification is a plus.
