Job Details

Client Partner will manage and develop new and existing clients and work towards strengthening our relationships and increasing employer s footprint. This person will also resolve clients issues and communicate information accurately to the teams, engage with clients, position and aggressively pursue employer s services and will be assigned to multiple clients/implementations simultaneously which could be in various regions of the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in expanding Client consulting service offerings.
  • Build client relationships with C Level executives and stakeholders.
  • Understand client s business and business processes and act as Client advocate to address the existing gaps by selling Client implementation services.
  • Position and assist in up selling additional Client software.
  • Develop sales and solution strategies.
  • Understand and work with different teams to provide solution roadmap to clients.
  • Assist in finalizing proposals, project planning and estimating.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services.
  • Be accountable for all services engagement.

Bachelor s or better in Business Administration or related field.

10 years of SAP Consulting Sales experience and/or SAP sales experience

Collaborative and consultative work style

Ability to link business processes with products/solutions

Exposure to multiple full lifecycle software implementations

Understanding of RFPs, Contracts and SOWs

Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skill

Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
