About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, self-driven IT Specialist to join WLS Stamping at our Cleveland, OH site to manage and support the end-to-end IT needs of our two manufacturing plants and office. Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure in a small to mid-size company setup.

- Familiarity with backup systems, file servers, and small business security tools.
- bility to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Basic scripting or report generation skills (e.g., Excel macros, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - must be tactful and street-smart in navigating the handover from a controlling IT vendor.

- Street-smart, practical thinker, and confident enough to gradually take control from the current outsourced IT vendor.
- Self-starter, resourceful, and solution oriented.
