Salary: Up to $130K (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We re looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Engineer to join our growing HRIS team. This role is primarily hands-on (approximately 80%), supporting and enhancing an existing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation. You ll play a critical role in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex integrations while also mentoring junior team members. This is a fully remote role with a stable, collaborative team, offering the chance to expand your skills into other modules such as UKG Dimensions and additional SAP SuccessFactors areas over time.
What You ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement complex solutions in a multi-tiered ERP architecture
- Support and enhance existing SAP ECP configurations and integrations
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis across interfaces and payroll processes
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including design and support documentation
- Participate in integration testing and deployment processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand technical requirements and propose scalable solutions
- Contribute to mentoring and guiding junior HRIS analysts on best practices and troubleshooting
Tech Stack & Tools You'll Work With:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- PL/SQL, SQL, and TOAD
- Integration-heavy work
- Exposure to UKG Dimensions and other SAP modules (support/back-up capacity)
- Cloud-based ERP environment
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in ERP environments, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors ECP
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and integration development
- Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes and related ERP modules
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to guide and mentor junior team members
Bonus Points:
- Experience with UKG Dimensions
- Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Prior experience in a fully cloud-based ERP environment
