Senior E-Learning Instructional Designer (Remote - PST Core Hours)

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and curriculum using advanced authoring tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise.

Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to conduct needs assessments and ensure all content is technically accurate and aligned with business goals.

Utilize multimedia tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite and PremierPro, to develop engaging and interactive content such as videos, simulations, and quizzes.

Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and uncompromising quality while adhering to instructional design standards and accessibility guidelines.

Contribute to strategic initiatives, exploring innovative methodologies such as AI-enabled learning and 3D modeling to enhance the learner experience.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, including full lifecycle development (needs analysis through evaluation).

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing advanced e-learning solutions using Articulate Storyline/Rise.

Proficiency with video and multi-media creation/editing using Adobe PremierPro and Adobe Creative Suite.

Demonstrated experience working with technical subject matter experts to create highly specialized, performance-based training.

Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
