Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and implement scalable RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and automation requirements.

  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable automation workflows.

  • Conduct testing (unit and UAT) and support deployment of RPA bots into production.

  • Monitor bots and troubleshoot production issues to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, code, and configuration.

  • Assist in identifying new process opportunities for automation and assess feasibility.

  • Adhere to RPA best practices, governance, and security policies.
