Job Description:
Solution Architect for Dynamics CRM
#2026108
Type: 18 month contract
Location: 100% remote
Compensation: $71-90/hr w2
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics CRM on-premises with skills in the cloud version (D365 CE) and Power Platform.
For Dynamics CRM, there should be a strong focus on performance tuning, customization, and code review. The ideal candidate will play a key role in design, development and optimization of Dynamics CRM deployments and assist in migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online (D365 CE).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Dynamics CRM on-premises deployment and administration.
  • Need a strong understanding of business application performance tuning which includes an understanding of SQL, IIS (Internet Information Services), Networking, and client-side troubleshooting.
  • Additional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE Online and Power Platform will be an asset.


In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization development will be required.
  • Delivering and/or authoring technical training.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with key stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role experience.
  • Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity to continue learning.
  • Excitement for modern engineering tools and practices.

  • Web Development (ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, KnockoutJS, SignalR)
  • Lead teams in performing configuration and customization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including templates and best practices Add support for new versions of the platform
  • Establish and maintain project plans, and manage projects to plans Business Case development and ability to work with partners
  • Ensure projects adhere to internal development guidelines
  • Identify stakeholders and engage stakeholder ownership of projects
  • Build CRM forms, screens, and views workflows and reports for the user interface

  • Assist in the management of assigned projects assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained
