SAP Data Migration Consultant Location: 50% Onsite (Client Locations, US-Based) / 50% Remote
Contract (6+ Months)
Travel: Up to 50% (Domestic)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Migration Consultant for a 6+ month contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP data migration projects, especially within ECC or S/4HANA environments. This role will require 50% travel to client sites and 50% remote work, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data transition.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute SAP data migration activities using tools such as SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW, BODS, or equivalent.
Analyze source data from legacy systems and develop data mapping and transformation logic.
Create data migration strategy, plans, and templates for master and transactional data.
Coordinate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Conduct data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation processes.
Support cutover activities and post-migration data validation.
Document all migration processes, test results, and issue resolutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Report progress and risks to project managers and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

hands-on SAP data migration experience. Proven expertise with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. Strong experience with SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or equivalent tools.
In-depth knowledge of SAP master and transactional data (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, GL, AR/AP, etc.).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
