We are currently seeking a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sr. Business Analyst to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Configuration

:

  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards to align with specific needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications as required.
  • Develop user stories and test cases to ensure solution quality.
Pre-Sales:
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  • Assist in creating proposals and demonstrating the functional capabilities of Dynamics 365.
  • Provide estimates for solution configuration and implementation efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
  • Proactively propose and implement improvements to maximize the value of Dynamics 365.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points, goals, and desired outcomes.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement through Dynamics 365.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:

Functional Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in relevant industries.
  • Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet specific needs.
  • Understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Other:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in a consulting or business analyst role is preferred.
