Job Description

Overview:

• Responsible for delivering training programs on cloud ERP technologies and products to employees, customers, and partners.

• Work with stakeholders to develop training materials and curricula, and then deliver training sessions through various methods such as in-person, virtual, or self-paced e-learning.

Experience:

• Requires, experience specific to cloud ERP in all areas.

• Should have strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as experience with developing training materials and curricula.

• Ability to adapt their training methods and materials to different learning styles and needs, and to deliver training programs that align with organizational goals.

• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.

• They must be able to provide feedback and coaching to learners, as well as to continuously improve their own skills and knowledge covered in this RFP.

• Experience conducting user education training with multiple modalities.
