JOB TITLE: Professional Software Engineer
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker*
*Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]
DUTIES: Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications and collaborate with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages. Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting. Support applications and solves configuration and environment issues. Support the software deployment process. Develop web applications (Single Page Applications) using ReactJS, React hooks, Redux, Angular, JavaScript, ES6, Webpack, NPM, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, jQuery, NodeJS, ExpressJS. Utilize REST based microservices using Spring boot, Java, Spring cloud modules (Spring Cloud config server, Spring Cloud gateway server), Spring Core, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Log4j framework, Junit, Hibernate, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT. Utilize AWS EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, Adobe Analytics, Veracode, Quantum metrics, Dynatrace, Postman, and integration with databases (Oracle, Mysql, Nosql).
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation developing web applications (Single Page Applications) using ReactJS, React hooks, Redux, Angular, JavaScript, ES6, Webpack, NPM, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, jQuery, NodeJS, ExpressJS; utilizing REST based microservices using Spring boot, Java, Spring cloud modules (Spring Cloud config server, Spring Cloud gateway server), Spring Core, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Log4j framework, Junit, Hibernate, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT; utilizing AWS EC2, S3, SNS,SQS, Adobe Analytics, Veracode, Quantum metrics, Dynatrace, Postman, and integration with databases (Oracle, Mysql, Nosql).
