SOX IT Consultant
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054
Duration: 6 Months+
Assist in the IT M&A-related SOX Readiness initiatives and ensure compliance.
Support the design and testing of IT Controls, as well as System Data Migration controls, within the context of M&A.
Aid in supporting Systems Integrations and SOX Readiness efforts for acquired entities.
Assist with the testing of essential reports relevant to the acquisition.
Skills:
IT Audit and/or risk advisory experience is essential, including previous roles in external and/or internal audit.
Strong IT SOX experience in auditing business processes and preferably experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing business relationships, and partnering with key stakeholders.
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of management, external auditors, and all functions of the company.
Detail and team oriented with a strong learning capacity and ability to multitask, adapt to change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a high functioning team.
