Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00 /hr.

Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support a major internal project transitioning from a new CRM initiative back to the current Company s system. This role will bridge business needs with technical delivery, ensuring the successful definition, testing, and deployment of a pilot launch in early 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
  • Translate stakeholder needs into detailed business and functional requirements for the build and development teams.
  • Solution Design Support:
  • Partner with technical leads and developers to validate requirements and contribute to scalable solution design.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Develop test scripts, coordinate testing efforts, and validate outcomes across Company s Data Cloud, Informatica, and CRM platforms.
  • SOX Compliance & Business Process Flows:
  • Document end-to-end process flows to ensure traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Agile Collaboration:
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and iterative feedback loops to support agile development cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and outcomes.
  • Tools & Technologies:
  • CRM Platforms: Company s (core CRM, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud)
  • Data Integration Tools: Informatica (ETL and data sync)
  • Project Management: Jira, Confluence, and Agile boards (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Documentation: Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio for process mapping; Excel or Google Sheets for data validation
  • Testing & Validation: Company s UAT environments, Data Loader, and QA tracking systems

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM or data-driven projects in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to write detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
  • Experience with Company s ecosystem (CRM, Sales Cloud, or Data Cloud) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Informatica, data flows, and integration points across systems.
  • Understanding of sales operations, data utilization, and business process optimization.
  • Exposure to SOX-compliant environments or documentation practices.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Prior work in agile development teams with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hour. As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
