This Agile Product Owner Advisor role is responsible for supporting a best-in-class creative communication and engagement experience within the Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations Business Product Owner (BPO) team and beyond. Specifically, this role is charged with supporting executive, internal, stakeholder, and (occasionally) client communications within the BPO team across a range of mediums including digital, written, and live spoken/presented as well as assessing and monitoring the impact and implications of communication campaigns. This position provides counsel and creative ideas to the BPO team's senior leaders on significant communications and engagement projects, including awareness and alignment to key business objectives, employee recognition/engagement, leadership connection opportunities, and employee feedback channels. Once a campaign is designed and approved, this person also manages the execution of the communications and collateral distribution across teams.
This role is a key liaison to several adjacent organizations; coordinating large scale business opportunities through exceptional consultation and stakeholder engagement skills. This role also provides assessment and measurement support to gauge the impressions made through the communication campaigns executed (i.e. impact, reach, readership, and/or engagement insights reporting). This individual will also be focused on providing thought leadership across the organization, and will be recognized internally as the "go-to person" for creative and compelling communication initiatives.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,400 - 157,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Essential Functions
- Provides subject matter expertise on team and stakeholder communications, communication channel strategy and development, recognition and appreciation initiatives, and leadership connection opportunities to drive overall employee engagement
- Develops content for employee and leader communications, creative identity for campaigns and initiatives, and summary data for executive insights
- Designs collateral within the established BPO voice and identity
- Provides thought leadership for new communication opportunities
- Effectively plans and executes projects, campaigns, and programs
- Consults with cross-functional leaders on appropriate interventions to drive desired colleague and stakeholder outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field of study, and minimum of 5 years of communication-centric strategy and execution preferred.
- Advanced experience in presentation and content development; exceptional writing skills preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of best practices in employee communication, engagement, and feedback preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - exceptional PowerPoint development and presentation skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - advanced design skills preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder assessment and support skills, communication (both written and presentation), and custom content development preferred.
- Experience in intranet content management systems (SharePoint, Igloo) preferred.
