Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Lead to guide the design and development of enterprise applications that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet commercial insurance needs and enhance underwriting system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of large-scale enterprise applications using PEGA or custom development.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed design documents (class structures, data models, process flows).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver robust technical solutions.

  • Develop performant, secure APIs and scalable enterprise integrations (API, queue-based, file-based).

  • Ensure application compliance with architecture standards and best practices.

  • Utilize PEGA UX frameworks (Theme Cosmos) and/or Pega Constellation.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in IT application solution design and development.

  • Strong background in commercial insurance underwriting systems, especially policy lifecycle from intake to issuance.

  • Hands-on experience with PEGA platforms or custom enterprise application development.

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise integration techniques and architecture.

  • Proven experience designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs.

  • Experience with PEGA UX frameworks, including Theme Cosmos and Pega Constellation.

  • Understanding of commercial insurance industry trends and system modernization techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading cross-functional teams.
