Overview:
IDR is seeking a Program Manager - Physical Security Systems to join one of our large healthcare clients on a contract basis. This individual will lead multiple capital projects focused on deploying access control and video surveillance systems across healthcare facilities in California's Central Valley region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, physical security technology, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities:
IDR is seeking a Program Manager - Physical Security Systems to join one of our large healthcare clients on a contract basis. This individual will lead multiple capital projects focused on deploying access control and video surveillance systems across healthcare facilities in California's Central Valley region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, physical security technology, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of 30-50 capital projects related to physical security infrastructure
- Manage installation of access control and video management systems across multiple sites
- Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and facilities teams on project scope, pricing, and delivery
- Review floor plans, system requirements, and ROM budgets to guide effective system design
- Oversee commissioning and backend system integration
- Provide regular updates using tools like SAP, Projecto, or equivalent project tracking systems
- Conduct site visits as needed to manage and validate installation progress
- 8+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in security systems or technology deployments
- Experience with access control and video surveillance platforms (e.g., Genetec, Secure 9000) preferred
- Strong understanding of network security, cybersecurity principles, and systems integration
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and technical teams across multiple concurrent projects
- PMP certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Must be comfortable with regional travel to client sites in the Modesto, CA area
