Job Details
Provide Level 2 and 3rd level support for the desktop platform, SCCM/MECM
infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Provide mentoring, guidance and professional development support to others on staff
when needed.
Routine activities like, SCCM/MECM Infra Management, implementation and/or
migration of any new additional site servers, performing routine maintenance activities,
old package cleanup, backups etc.. and monitoring /maintaining SCCM/MECM site
servers and client health.
Required strong experience in SCCM/MECM with OSD, OS deployment using SCCM,
MDT and WDS.
Managing SCCM/MECM CMG and CDP.
SCCM server administration, reporting and implementation of SCCM/MECM
infrastructure.
Provide day-to-day administration and support of SCCM/MECM.
Ensure correct installation, configuration, use and maintenance of the Microsoft SCCM
/MECM Platform.
