Role Requirements:



  • Schedule: Monday - Friday excluding applicable Credit Union holidays

  • Location: Remote

  • Hours: Flexible, ideally 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide Symitar Application Support, including troubleshooting and the correction of issues such as failed jobs, out-of-balance situations, incorrect rate calculations, and other system-related problems.

  • Update rates, adjust system parameters, manage user accounts, and recommend/create product configurations within the Core Banking System and related applications.

  • Conduct thorough QA testing to identify and resolve issues during the online banking conversion process.

  • Provide support for vendor QA testing related to core processing and configurations.

  • Assist in project management tasks including scheduling, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Work with third-party vendors to expedite resolution of software or hardware issues.

  • Consult and recommend system configurations or enhancements to meet business needs.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Symitar Core Banking, including Image Center or Genesys, teller cash recyclers. (This is a firm requirement.) 5+ years of Symitar application support experience. Knowledge of FastDocs and MeridianLink is a plus.

  • Project Experience: Minimum two years' experience with digital banking platforms. Experience with conversion projects is a plus.

  • QA Experience: Minimum two years' experience in QA activities, including developing and executing QA test plans and test cases
