Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and PowerShell scripting.
Support hybrid workloads and infrastructure-as-code practices aligned with DevOps principles.
Administer VMware and/or Hyper-V environments, ensuring effective capacity planning, resource optimization, and snapshot management.
Perform lifecycle support for physical servers, SAN/NAS storage, UPS systems, and datacenter equipment.
Coordinate server patching, hardware upgrades, and system migrations with minimal business disruption.
Use Datadog to monitor system and application performance, configure dashboards and alerts, and conduct performance tuning.
Ensure infrastructure complies with internal security policies and external regulatory standards (FFIEC, NCUA, GLBA).
Support vulnerability remediation efforts, access control management, and audit response processes.
Administer backup and recovery solutions using Rubrik and AWS native services such as AWS Backup and EBS/RDS Snapshots.
Test, document, and support business continuity plans for both on-prem and cloud-hosted workloads.
Serve as Tier-3 support for infrastructure and cloud-related issues escalated by the help desk or project teams.
Collaborate with engineers, application owners, and vendors to implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
