Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Owner's Rep Assistant Project Manager (ORAPM) to support - moves, adds, rerofits, changes, utilities and Security) Program. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including moves, adds, retrofits, and security upgrades.
Act as an on-site extension of the Team's internal project team.
Support project delivery across design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
Maintain and manage project logs: Action Items, Milestones, Procurement, and Risk.
Facilitate coordination between the Team, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Assist in budget tracking, schedule auditing, and reporting.
Lead and support commissioning, testing, and operational handover.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
Participate in executive briefings and stakeholder meetings.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing mission-critical infrastructure projects, preferably in data centers.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work on-site full-time in The Dalles, OR.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Quickbase, eBuilder).
Experience with permitting, procurement, and vendor management.
Knowledge of construction sequencing, commissioning processes, and closeout procedures.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
