Job Description:

The ERP project has recently launched its maintenance portion of the SAP system implementation. The maintenance support is on contract to support the core implementation through January 2022.

Required Skills:

  1. 4-10 years industry/consulting hands on work in SAP PSCD Development
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  3. Experience in SAP Public Sector Collections and Disbursement (PSCD) (else other industry specific FI-CA experience such as Utilities, Telecoms, Insurance).
  4. Demonstrated experience in blueprint and build activities for the integration of legacy systems into a brownfield SAP environment
  5. Skilled in configuring Business Partner, Contract Accounts Payable/Receivable, Collections Management, Payment Plans, Funds management, Reconciliation process, Banking & Business Rule Framework (BRF+)
  6. Knowledge of SAP TRM (Tax and Revenue Management) and Integration with Salesforce
  7. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
  8. Recent successes in multi-faceted, fast paced project delivery roles
  9. Excellent consulting and customer facing skills
  10. Experience working within an offshore and onshore delivery model

Preferred Skills:

  1. Exposure to or experience with new General Ledger and S/4 HANA
  2. Prior experience working for a Government Agency
  3. SAP FI/CO certifications
  4. Understanding of HANA Views/Reports
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  6. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  7. Needs to be a strong addition to working teams
  8. Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving

Strong Skills per SOIL AMS:

  1. Prior experience working for a Government Agency
  2. Provide technical support, resolve issues, optimizing services and ensuring the availability, performance & application
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert; guide the creation of innovative solutions on time and within cost objectives and provide technical leadership and third level operational support
  4. Ensure Service Operations, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, Service Level & Availability Management are operationalized across the team
