We are looking for a Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support a major upgrade initiative in a healthcare environment. This role focuses on imaging, deploying, and configuring Windows 11 systems while providing exceptional customer service in a clinical setting. Candidates must be comfortable working under healthcare compliance standards and interacting with clinicians and staff.

Overview
We are looking for a Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support a major upgrade initiative in a healthcare environment. This role focuses on imaging, deploying, and configuring Windows 11 systems while providing exceptional customer service in a clinical setting. Candidates must be comfortable working under healthcare compliance standards and interacting with clinicians and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform Windows 11 deployments, imaging, and workstation builds.
- Configure and troubleshoot desktops, thin clients, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- Resolve basic network connectivity issues, IP conflicts, and map network drives/printers.
- Provide white-glove support to end users (doctors, nurses, managers) in person, via phone, and email.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of deployments and support activities.
Required Experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on desktop support or deployment experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with PC hardware/software troubleshooting and basic networking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in healthcare or clinical environments.
- Knowledge of patch panels and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Office suite and common desktop applications.
