Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Payments
Experience: 10+ Years
Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payments, Treasury systems, and platforms like FIS and Trax (Payment Hub). The role requires hands-on experience with SWIFT (MT/MX), ISO 20022, and real-time payment schemes including FedNow, RTP, and SEPA.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for payment and treasury solutions.

  • Analyze SWIFT MT/MX messages and ISO 20022 formats (e.g., CAMT.053/054).

  • Document BRDs, user stories, and test cases; support UAT.

  • Perform data mapping and work with XML, JSON, AVRO formats.

  • Create BPMN models, process flows, and architecture diagrams.

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams using Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.

  • Provide demos, walkthroughs, and stakeholder support across payment lifecycles.


Must-Have Skills
  • 10+ years in Payments, Banking, and Treasury domains

  • Hands-on with ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX messages

  • Experience with FIS systems and Trax (Payment Hub) platforms

  • Solid understanding of FedNow, RTP, ACH, Wires

  • Data mapping, SQL, XML/XSD, and message schema interpretation

  • Familiarity with Treasury processes (cash management, liquidity, fraud controls)

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills


Nice to Have
  • Business Analyst certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA)

  • IBM MQ and capital markets exposure

  • Bilingual proficiency
