Position: Salesforce Architect (Health Cloud)
Location: Raleigh, NC (Work from office)

Job Summary:
The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to guide development teams and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce systems. Key
Responsibilities:
- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead technical teams through the full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor developers and junior architects.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and data anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards.
- Manage risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation and support change management processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and enterprise architects.
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft) and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce certifications such as Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture and Management Designer.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Health Cloud/Lifesciences
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Claims
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with security standards (TLS, SSL, OAuth).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
