Job Title: Senior Content/Technical Writer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months (with potential to extend)
Role Overview:
- Focus on writing help center content, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.
- Responsible for both in-product (via WordPress) and out-of-product (via Contentful) content.
- Content is 80% article writing, 20% summarizing/publishing.
- Not a graphic design or video-heavy role - strictly content-focused.
Key Skills Required:
- Technical writing / Copywriting
- Editorial background
- Content planning & strategy
- Experience writing for marketing or marketing software products
- Portfolio must show published content, especially articles or technical documentation
